How does it work?
This system uses a precise laser beam which determines the exact position of the forks. As a result, the truck operator can see exactly what position the forks are and how he must change their position in order to safely load pallet.
It works perfectly both during loading and unloading, positively reducing the risk of damage to goods stored on pallets.
Installation of the device is quick and easy. Laser device mounts directly to the forks, by adjustable slider, without interfering with its construction.
It contains a replaceable lithium-ion battery with a charger that, thanks to the switch-on system only after detecting the fork movement, height or remote activation, is able to work for long hours (up to 2 weeks of work on a single charge!).
The equipment is available for both Class 2 and Class 3 forklifts.
WITH HEIGHT SENSOR
The laser is activated at a height of 2.5 m above the floor thanks to the built-in height sensor. The device automatically turns off after 2 minutes of inactivity
WITH VIBRATION SENSOR
The laser is activated when the movement and vibration of the forks are detected. The device automatically turns off after 2 minutes without vibration
